Claw ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by SourceChain that provides personal AI assistant instances accessible via Telegram. Our website is claw.sourcechain.org.

2. What Data We Collect

• Telegram user ID and username — to link your account and deliver the bot.
• Email address — if provided during payment or account creation.
• Payment information — processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card details.
• AI API keys — if you choose the API key method, your key is stored encrypted on your isolated container and is never shared.
• Chat messages — messages you send to your personal bot stay on your isolated container. We do not read, analyze, or share them.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provision and maintain your personal AI assistant instance.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your service (e.g., downtime, updates).

4. Data Storage & Isolation

Each user gets an isolated Linux container. Your conversations, files, and API keys are stored only within your container. We use server-side encryption at rest. Containers are hosted on European servers.

5. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing (Paddle Privacy Policy)
• Telegram — message delivery (Telegram Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI API calls are made using your own API key or subscription. We do not proxy or log these calls.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your container and all data within it are deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.
