If you're not satisfied with Claw for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Service has been unavailable for extended periods or there are technical issues we cannot resolve, we'll offer a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.
After cancellation or refund, your container and all data within it are deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion or a data export before that.
